Items (with the exception of photos) purchased after Dec. 21st cannot be delivered until after Jan.7th.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Photos usually ship within three days.
  • For all jewelry orders, please allow ten days for delivery.

George Chakiris Collection, LLC offers the following shipping options:

  • Standard USPS Shipping
  • USPS International Shipping

Shipping charges are simplified using a flat rate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We do all we can to make sure that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of the original order's postmark date, accompanied with its proper documentation and in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable), or exchange for another item. Exchanges and reships do not alter the date used when calculating the thirty (30) day return period.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN MY MERCHANDISE?

  1. Log in to your account and click on "Order History",
  2. Find the order you would like to return and click on it,
  3. Click on "Create Return" (RMA),
  4. Fill out the form and submit it to us.

Within 1-3 business days you will receive an e-mail from us with further instructions how to complete the process.

* When returning an item, it is required that you to use a trackable shipping option and always insure the shipment because we are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
